Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel submits that the proposal was submitted for sanction of grants. The Education Officer (Primary) forwarded it to the Deputy Director of Education under letter dated 25.08.2014, subsequently the Deputy Director of Education under letter dated 26.08.2014 forwarded it to the Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. However, no decision has been taken on it.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. In case the said proposal with regard to the grant-in-aid (exhibit-H page 51) is pending with the respondent no.1, then, respondent no.1 shall take decision on it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably by the end of March 2018.
