In view of paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the Affidavit in reply, we allow this Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause 'D' and 'E'. 2.

The compliance in terms of prayer clause 'D' is to be made within a time frame of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the respective respondents.

So far as regards claim for compensation is concerned, the Respondent/Collector shall decide the same on its own merits within a time frame of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
