ORDER:

Learned AGP submits that, the Committee would decide the validation proceedings within six months. The respondent shall issue mark-sheet and passing certificate, however, shall not issue degree certificate till the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall also not claim benefit of reservation till the validity is submitted. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
