We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners as also the learned AGP. They are ad-idem that the stand being taken to the affidavit in reply filed by one Sangita Sanap, District Rehabilitation Officer, in paragraph No.10, the matter can be disposed of. Paragraph No.10 reads as under :- "10. I say and submit that, the deponent assures this Hon'ble Court that, the representation dated 06.10.2021 shall be decided by the respondent No.4 by conducting an enquiry in respect of availability of alternate plots in the rehabilitation scheme layout at village Limbe Jalgoan, Tq.Gangapur, Dist.Aurangabad. After due enquiry and after khs/Jan.2025/13036

- 2 - obtaining the necessary spot inspection report from the Tahsildar, Gangapur and other authorities, the representation dated 06.10.2021 will be decided by the respondent No.4 by following due procedure of law expeditiously within a period of 3 months and the respondent no.4 assures this Hon'ble Court that, necessary orders as per law shall be passed regarding the allotment of the alternate plots to the present petitioners."

The writ petition is disposed of in the light of the statement made in paragraph no.10.
