In the fitness of the things I deem it appropriate to allow withdrawal to the extent of 60% of the amount deposited by the respondent/Insurance company subject to giving of undertaking that if the decision of the appeal goes against the applicants, they would deposit the entire amount in lump sum with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum.
