PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the documents which are referred to as deficient in the impugned order are forwarded by the Institution. However, the same has not been considered.

The order further states that as per the Government Resolution dated 23.10.2013 the status quo is required to be maintained and the Committee has been constituted with regard to the revised staffing pattern.

It is submitted that now the Government Resolution has been issued by the Government with

(2) 41-wp-11584-2018 regard to the Class-III post on 28.01.2019.

In view of that the Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk on its own merits. If there is any compliance of documents to be made, the Institution may comply the same. The Education Officer shall decide the said proposal within a period of four (04) months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
