This petition challenges the order dated 13/10/2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik, thereby refusing stay in favour of the petitioner to the order dated 22/06/2021, passed by District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Ahmednagar. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the proceeding is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, without going into the merits of the matter the writ petition is disposed off by directing respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
