The applicant/original petitioner prays for issuing notices to the unserved respondents, who reside in Madhya Pradesh, Harda district in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed. Issue notice in the writ petition to both the respondents, returnable on 24/11/2017. The petitioner shall have the notice published in the Hindi Daily "Dainik Bhaskar", District Harda Edition, State of Madhya Pradesh at his own costs, at least 15 days prior to the returnable date in the matter.
