2] Taking into account the facts and circumstances, the applicant deserves to be allowed to withdraw the amount of 75% out of the amount deposited in this Court.

3] The application is allowed. Out of the amount deposited in this Court by the acquiring body, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% amount, 50% by furnishing undertaking in usual terms and 25% by furnishing solvent surety.
