Petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Nashik, dated 07.09.2017.

We have perused the order and we find that there are sufficient safe-guards provided under the final order passed by the authority. Respondent-authority is expected to ensure proper utilisation of the funds provided by the Government and there shall be strict monitoring in respect of the affairs of the institution. It is informed that there are certain disputes between the two groups in the shape of appeals, presented to Jt. Charity Commissioner.

The ends of justice would be met if the appellate authority

Charity Commissioner, Nashik, is directed to dispose of the pending appeals as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed. Parties to the appeal shall co-operate the appellate authority in disposing of the appeals.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the contention raised by petitioner in the instant petition and, it would be open for the petitioner to urge the contentions before the appropriate forum.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
