The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record a copy of the Online "Service Book Status - For Employee", which indicates the name of the Petitioner, his Sevaarth Employee ID and the remark that the service book is cleared and ready for delivery, pursuant to the verification on 23/03/2023. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the petition was filed because the retiral benefits were stopped.

3053.23ca (2) There was no legal impediment. There was no charge levelled upon the Petitioner. There was no disciplinary enquiry against him. There is no stigma attached to his service and there is no recovery against him. These solemn statements are made on specific instructions.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, within 30 days, after the Petitioner completes certain formalities of signing certain documents, in the College in the coming week, the entire retiral benefits would be paid. He submits on instructions that, there is no legal impediment in clearing the retiral dues of the Petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the above statements are recorded. The Writ Petition as well as the Civil Application, stand worked out and are disposed off.
