The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 18-10-2021 forwarded by the respondent no. 3 to the respondent no. 2 on 20-10-2021 (Exhibit - D) is not being considered.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's afore-mentioined representation on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
