1) Civil Application No.13720/2015 is filed for condonation of delay of 1468 days caused in bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 Akbar Ramzan Pathan on record. The contentions made and submissions made show that no intimation was given with regard to the death of this person after filing of the proceeding. In view of this and as nobody has turned up for the proposed legal representatives after due service, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
