1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for the State.

2] These are applications for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent State. It has been fairly conceded on behalf of both sides that First Appeal filed on behalf of the State of Maharashtra against the respondents/original claimants have already been dismissed after hearing them on merit, vide judgment and order dated 11th February, 2016. In such circumstances, there is no impediment to allow the claimants to withdraw whatever amount deposited by the respondent/State in respective appeals. Hence, the applications stand allowed. The applicant/s is/are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the State in these appeals. The Registrar Judicial to do the needful for disbursement of the amount in favour of the applicant/s.
