We may not encourage such petitions. The petitioner had fled revien and nithin a month had fled Writ Petition seeking directions against the authority to decide it expeditiously. We can understand, if in reasonable time the proceeding is not decided, ne issue directions to the authority to decide it.

In case the revien is not decided nithin the reasonable time, the petitioner can move this Court.
