ORDER:

On 23.01.2018, we had observed that the MIDC has made communication to the State in the year 2010 for deletion of the writ land from SEZ. We had asked the learned Asst. Government Pleader

2 Sr927 WP11678.2017 to get the status of the said proposal submitted by the MIDC seeking deletion of land from SEZ within a period of three weeks. 2.

The learned Asst. Government Pleader does not have any instructions in that regard.

Considering the fact that the MIDC has already forwarded the proposal to the Government for deletion of land from the SEZ, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent No. 2/Appropriate Authority shall take decision on the proposal submitted by the MIDC for deletion of writ land from the SEZ (Page 69 of Writ Petition No. 11779/2017) within a period of four months from today.
