Heard Ms. Tanpure h/f. Mr. Gore, learned counsel for the applicants.

It is submitted that as against the judgment and award dated 07.05.2012 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in M.A.C.P. No.811 of 2009, the appellant/Insurance Company has preferred First Appeal No.973 of 2013.

Ms. Tanpure, learned counsel would submit that the said First Appeal was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25th November 2013. It is further submitted that the Insurance Company deposited the award amount in this Court and the share of present applicant no.2 namely Pranjal Premraj
( 2 ) 924 CA 11254 OF 2025 Suste was directed to be invested in fixed deposit as she was minor at that time. It is now submitted that applicant no.2-Pranjal has completed 18 years on 19.08.2025 and that she is now entitled to receive the portion of award falling to her share. In view of this, Civil Application is filed by the applicants for appropriate orders.

Mr. Puranik h/f. Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the Insurance Company places no objection to allow the Civil Application. 5.
In view of this, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

The applicant no.2- Pranjal Premraj Suste in M.A.C.P. No.811 of 2009 is permitted to withdraw the amount falling to her share from the deposit made by the Insurance Company in this Court. 7.
Needless to mention that the withdrawal shall also carry the accrued interest thereon.
