Vide order dated 13.8.2015, we had decided group of petitions of Muster Assistants. One group was about those Muster Assistants who were granted permanency by the Industrial Court and the other group, where no such permanency was granted. The learned counsel submits that both the petitioners were granted permanency by the Industrial Court, however, these two matters

are decided in the group where no permanency was granted by the Industrial Court, as such the order under review be recalled and the same relief be grated to the Review petitioners, as granted to those employees who were granted permanency by the Industrial Court. 3.

Mr.Rakh, learned A.G.P and Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for respective Respondents do not dispute the factual position as stated. 4.

In light of that, the order dated 13.8.2015, passed in Writ Petitions No.6258 of 2014 and 6317 of 2014 is recalled. Both these Writ Petitions are allowed in terms of the judgment in W.P.No.8359/2013 and would be governed by the judgment and order passed in W.P.No.8359/2013 with connected petitions disposed of vide order dated 13.8.2015. The order dated 13.8.2015 in W.P.No.8359/2013 with connected matters shall be read and applied to the present petitioners also. Both these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.8.2015 in W.P.No.8359/2013 with connected petitions.
