1] Heard Mr.Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent-State.

2] We cannot encourage the petition of the present nature that the caste certificate is obtained by the petitioner on 15th February, 2020 and the proposal seeking verification of the said caste certificate is filed on 2nd July, 2021. The petition is filed on 15.11.2021, seeking direction for deciding the proposal expeditiously.

3] The petitioner has approached this Court very late. It would not be possible to issue positive directions against the Committee.

12963.21WP 4] Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of professional course, the Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the proposal expeditiously. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 29.11.2021.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
