Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondent-State and Mr. Rohit Padaswan h/f. Aniket Bhosale, learned advocate assisting APP.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 326/2024 dated 25.6.2024 registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 420, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

This Court by order dated 9.12.2025 has granted interim protection to the applicant by considering the submissions made by the parties as noted in para 4 to 7 of the order, which are as under :- "4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant to show his bonafides has deposited Rs.1,00,000/- today. He also submits that the applicant would voluntarily deposit another Rs.1,00,000/- 5] The learned counsel for Assist to Public Prosecutor also submits that if the applicant deposits Rs.2,00,000/- he would not oppose for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
6] The learned APP also submits that if the applicant deposits the amount he would not seriously oppose the anticipatory bail application.
7] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would deposit another Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of four
(04) weeks from today"

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court and the applicant has cooperated with the investigation. Both these facts are not disputed by the learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 9.12.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.
iv] The amount deposited by the applicant in this Court be transmitted to the Trial Court and the Trial Court may pass appropriate orders in respect of the said amount at the conclusion of the trial. The Trial Court to keep the above amount in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited
to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
