2] In view of the statement of Mr.Deshpande and also the statements made in the appeal, present Civil Application is partly allowed.

3] The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount together with the proportionate interest upon execution of the undertaking by the applicants that in case, any order adverse to their interest is passed,

they would refund the amount within six month from the date of such order.
