This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail in consequence to judgment and order of conviction passed by learned 11th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in S.T.C. No. 1953 of 2017 against which appeal has been preferred and the same is pending.

Record shows that, this court by order dated 01.10.2024 had suspended the sentence, but till next date, on condition that the applicant should deposit amount of Rs.3,60,000/- with the first apellate court. Now, Court's attention is invited to the receipt dated 03.10.2024 regarding deposit of Rs.3,60,000/-. Therefore condition imposed by this court seems to have been complied with and as such order of suspension of sentence is made absolute.
