PER COURT :- This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent towards maintenance.

Heard.

Since the amount deposited is towards maintenance of the wife, there shall not be any difficulty in permitting the applicant to withdraw the amount. The entitlement of the applicant to receive the amount is not in dispute.
