The petitioners seek directions against the Wakf Tribunal to decide Exhibit-5 i.e. the application for injunction in the suit filed by them.

It is submitted that the defendants in the said suit are served on 15th September, 2021. However, the Tribunal is not deciding the injunction application.

The petitioners may make an application to the Tribunal for deciding the application for temporary injunction expeditiously. Naturally, the application filed by the petitioners for expeditious disposal shall be considered by the Tribunal.
