This application is filed for service of notice on Respondent No.2 by way of paper publication. Respondent No.2 is the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident. The applicant had filed MACP before the leaned Member, MACT, Parbhani. The present appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation. The other respondents are served. Though the address of respondent No.2 is given as given in the record in the trial Court, still the notice is not served and hence this application is Ethape

The respondent No.2 is permitted to be served through paper publication. The notice be published in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari" widely circulated in Pune district.
