The petitioner has approached the Court at the eleventh hour. We cannot issue positive directions to the Committee to decide the proceedings within a stipulated period.

According to the learned Advocate, the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the engineering course from the reserved category and for that the validity certificate is required. It is submitted by the learned AGP that the vigilance is not yet conducted.

The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 25th November, 2021.
