Mr. S. G. Nandedkar, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the registration of the Civil Revision Application was rejected vide order dated 17.07.2025, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court as the applicant failed to remove all the office objections within given time. Vide the present Civil Application, Mr. S. G. Nandedkar prays to quash and set aside de-registration of Civil Revision Application proceedings and also seeks some time to remove the office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is

904-ca-11167-2025 quashed and set aside provided that the applicant removes all the office objections within four weeks from today. Failing to remove all the office objections within four weeks from today will automatically render this order ineffective. 3.

If office objections are removed within four weeks from today, the Civil Revision Application Stamp No.17089 of 2025 be restored to its original position.
