PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The issue raised by the petitioners in this petition is no longer res integra. The counsel for the parties and learned AGP also jointly submit that the issue is covered by an authoritative pronouncement of this court in the case of The State of Maharashtra Vs. Balaji S/o Kishan Ade in CA No. 9191/2014 in WP No. 7106/2013 with other companion matters.

2) The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the State Government has formulated a new policy for implementation of the provisions of RTE Act, 2009. In that view of the matter, the petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
