The respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Latur has accorded permission in favour of the petitioner to perform Pooja at the temple as well as other religious ceremonies which are necessary to be performed by the petitioner. Permission has been accorded on tendering an undertaking on the bond of RS.100/-. The copy of the communication dated 1.10.2016 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

In view of the order issued by the Tahsildar, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition substantially stands redressed. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
