The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent Sub Divisional Officer, as the petitioner's representation / objection/ appeal has been pending with the respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Dhule, questioning the 'Economically Weaker Section' (EWS) certificate issued to respondent No.5 - Chhaya Sandip Patil. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation/ objection/ appeal (Exhibit-L), received by his office on 21.9.2023, on its own merit, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
