Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel submits that, one post of librarian is vacant with the respondent/institution. The respondent Nos. 5 and 6 were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as librarian. The petitioner possesses necessary qualification for the said post. The learned counsel submits that, the respondents have committed contempt of the order dated 19.03.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 828 of 2015.

Mr. Nikam, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that, earlier there was little bit confusion as to how appointment can be made. However, it has been clarified now in a petition filed by another employee that ban on recruitment does not apply to the appointments on compassionate ground. The post of librarian is vacant. Same would be filled in from the candidates from the list maintained of persons seeking appointment on compassionate ground as per the turn and eligiblity.

Said statement is accepted. In view of the said statement contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
