DATE : 03.05.2021 P.C. :- Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 2] The revision petitioner happens to be the original accused who has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and whose appeal against conviction has also been dismissed. 3] Both the sides have now settled the matter amicably and have tendered compromise affidavit which is marked "X" for the purpose of identification. The learned advocates of both the sides therefore, request that the matter may be allowed to be compounded.

4] The request is innocuous. Parties are allowed to compound the matter. The conviction is quashed and set aside and the Revision petitioner is acquitted. Revision Application is disposed of. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] umg/
