It is informed that, the caste certificate validation claims are pending with respondent no.5-Committee and next date prescribed in the matter is in the Month of November, 2016.

In the facts of this case, this petition can be disposed off by issuing directions to respondent no.5Committee to take decision in respect of caste verification proposals of the petitioners pending with the Committee, as early as possible, preferably within a period of FOUR MONTHS from today and, it is accordingly directed.

The respondents shall not take any adverse action against the petitioners until the decision on the caste certificate validation proposal pending with the respondent no.5 Committee. Writ Petition accordingly disposed off.
