It is submitted that the election program is already declared. Mr. Kadam, learned counsel submits that the filling in the nomination form commenced from 16th November, 2021 and the same was upto 23rd November, 2021. The scrutiny of the nomination papers was made on 24th November, 2021. The list of valid nomination is declared on 25th November, 2021 and the polling is scheduled on 18th December, 2021.

It would be seen that all the stages in the election process except polling are over. It would not be appropriate at this stage to entertain the writ petition.

931 wp.12723.21.odt The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may take up the proceedings after the elections are over as may permissible under the statute and law. In that event, all the contentions are kept open. No costs.
