The learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has tendered across the Bar order passed by the Government of Maharashtra, Department of Home, dated 17th November 2016, mentioning therein that Prisoner No.C-7007 - Raju @ Bapu Sukhdev Pawar undergoing life sentence at Paithan Open Prison,

cwp1308.16 Aurangabad should be released forthwith subject to completion of 14 years of actual imprisonment and if he is not required to be confined in other pending punishment/ case. The said order is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In that view of the matter, the prayer in the Petition stands satisfied. The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
