The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, this is the successive Anticipatory Bail Application on the ground of change in circumstances. He submits that, the earlier Application of the Applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 27th February, 2025, and thereafter since there are change in circumstances, he has filed the present Application. He further submits, upon instructions, that he seeks withdrawal of the Application with a liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court by filing the Anticipatory Bail Application on the ground of change in circumstances.

In view of the above submission, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file an Application on the ground of change in circumstances before the concerned Sessions Court, which shall be decided in accordance with law.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
