By this application filed under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., applicant/informant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No. 2 to 7 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amalner in Crime No. 22/2019, registered with Amalner Police Station, under section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State and learned advocate for respondents No. 2 to 7. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing learned advocate for respondents submits that charge sheet is filed in the present matter in the year 2019 and case is numbered as Regular Criminal Case No. 41/2019 and trial has commenced. So far, four witnesses are examined in the Trial Court.

Considering these subsequent developments, no useful purpose would be served by canceling the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents No. 2 to 7 in the year 2019. The application, is therefore, rejected.
