The petitioner is awaiting appropriate decision on the proposal dated 11 July 2024 to his promotion from the post of Junior Clerk to the post of Assistant Teacher. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the matter of Suhas Rangraoji More Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 7706 of 2022 by the order dated 21 December 2023 (Nagpur Bench) a similar issue has been considered in the light of the relevant Government Resolutions and the decision can be taken keeping in mind the law laid down therein.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent
