The order dated 8th December, 2023 passed by this court shows that since the learned counsel for the respondents agreed for final hearing of the appeal, no order was passed on civil application filed by the appellant seeking permission to sale properties which fell to their share in view of the compromise decree. In spite of this order neither respondents nor his learned counsel are present in this Court. This shows that the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents on 8th December, 2023 was only with a view to avoid hearing of the civil application.

To give an opportunity to respondents to make submissions, stand over to 31st January, 2024.
