This is an application seeking to recall the order passed by the Registrar on 06.06.2016 refusing registration of the writ petition.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed subject, however, to payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rs.Five Thousand). The amount of cost shall be deposited, at the request of the parties, with the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today. The order dated 06.06.2006, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition, is set aside. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. The applicants shall
