By consent of the parties, heard finally.

The petitioners raise challenge to the order dated 20.07.2022, passed by respondent No.2 - scrutiny committee, thereby invalidating their tribe claim of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe.

The impugned order was a common order in the matter of Harshvardhan Maheshkumar Meghmale and others, including the petitioners herein. The impugned order was subject matter of challenge in writ petition No. 10001 of 2023 before this Court. On the basis of record, this Court has passed final order by which the petition was allowed directing to grant a certificate of validity in favour of the petitioner - Harshvardhan Meghmale. 5.
In view of the reasons recorded in the said order, which is with respect to the same subject matter, a different view need not be
-3taken. Hence, the instant writ petitions are allowed. 6.
The impugned common order passed by respondent - scrutiny committee is quashed and set aside to the extent of the present petitioners.

The respondent - scrutiny committee shall immediately issue certificates of validity to the petitioners of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe, in prescribed proforma.
8.
The certificates of validity issued to the petitioners would be subject to the final outcome of the review petitions to be filed in the matters of Vaishali Vaijnathrao Meghmale and Maheshkumar Vaijnathao Meghmale.
9.
