It would be open for the applicant to tender representation with Institution seeking recall of the order of transfer dated 24-09-2016 issued by respondent No. 6 and making grievance in respect of unpaid salary. If applicant tenders such representation within a period of two weeks from today, respondent-Institution shall consider the same sympathetically within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent - Institution, on instructions, states that order directing transfer of the applicant issued on 24-09-2016 will not be acted upon.
