The applicant-appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon in terms of judgment and award dated 18-04-2019, passed in MACP No.455/2018 by the MACT, Aurangabad.

By separate order in civil application No.2647/2021, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the said amount. 3.

Thus, it would be expedient to stay the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the appeal. Hence, the following order.

The execution and operation of the judgment and award dated 18-04-2019, passed in MACP No.455/2018 by the MACT, Aurangabad stands stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
