I do not find any substance in the writ petition. The Trial Court has extended the time to the Plaintiffs to deposit the costs in terms of the order dated 6th April, 2017 passed below Exhibits 73 and 79 and accordingly, the Respondents / original Plaintiffs have deposited the costs and carried out the amendment. I do not find that there is any violation of the provisions of Order VI Rule 18 of the Code of Civil Procedure. There is no substance in the writ petition. The writ petition is hereby dismissed. No costs.
