Learned advocate submits that the Deputy Director himself had recommended the claim of the petitioner for a full time teacher. The Principal thereafter submitted the proposal to the respondent No. 3 seeking approval on 3.8.2016. The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case the proposal (Exhibit-E) submitted by the Principal seeking approval to the petitioner as a full time teacher is pending with respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3

2 wp 14949.17 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
