This is an application for condonation of delay of 106 days caused in filing the tax appeal.

Mr. Sharma, the learned advocate for respondents strenuously opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient ground is mentioned.

Considering the reasons given in the application and more particularly in para No. 3 and 4, the delay caused in filing the tax appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C". In case the appeal otherwise complies with all other requirements, then the appeal be registered.
