The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 307 days, which appears to be caused due to his poor financial condition.

The respondent no.2 - M.S.R.T.C. though served but remained absent. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 despite appearance remained absent.

Considering the statutory right of the applicant and for 1/2

949-CA-1009-2021 the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 307 days in this application stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay and also for circulating the matter belatedly.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
