The learned Advocate for applicants seeks in view of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.13424 of 2025 decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 03.09.2025. However, learned APP submits that since 21.09.2024, non bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants. It appears that the applicants are not attending the Court and are not following the conditions of bail. In such circumstances, we do not take it to be a fit case where we should exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
