The Petitioner takes exception to the final selection list dated 06.09.2023. The Petitioner herself participated in the selection process and her name is not included in the select list. 2.

Clause 6(a) of the GR dated 02.02.2023 enables the Petitioner to challenge the selection process by lodging an appropriate proceeding before the competent authority within 30 days of the declaration of the list. If at all there is any grievance about the decision of the said authority, the Petitioner can then approach the khs/Sept.2023/11505

- 2 - Appellate Authority within 60 days.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent authority since the 30 days period has still not expired.
