By these applications, the applicants/petitioners pray for recalling of the order dated 26/08/2021, by which, all the writ petitions were dismissed in default on account of non-removal of office objections.

Heard the learned Counsel for the respective sides and perused the reasons assigned in the applications. 3.
The writ petitions were dismissed in default as objections were not removed for nine years. However, the petitioners, except the petitioner in Civil Application No.12912/2021 who is not in service, are in-service employees and are before this Court on account of invalidation of their claim. The dismissal of the petitions, would result in forfeiting of all the benefits available to them.

Considering the above, all these civil applications are allowed by condoning the delay, on the following conditions :- (a) All office objections shall be removed in the writ petitions, on or before 22/12/2021, failing which, the order dated 26/08/2021 would continue to apply with automatic effect from 23/12/2021;
(b) If the objections are removed as directed, the writ petitions shall be restored to the stage, at which they were dismissed and the interim relief shall then continue to protect the petitioners.
